Return Policy
 
  Merchandise Returns
 
  • All Sales are final.
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of sale to retail customer.
  • Defective returns are for replacement or credit only.
  • A copy of invoice/receipt must be included with all returns.
  • Non-Defective products may be returned at IGC's discretion and will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  • All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation.
  • Credits will not be issued until returned item has been received and examined.
  • Allow 15 business days after return is received for credit to be processed.
  • Items showing consumer abuse will not be accepted.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) number must be obtained from IGC prior to return of any merchandise. Product returned without a RMA number will be returned at consumer expense.
  RMA numbers are good for a period of fifteen (15) days only. If you fail to return merchandise within 15 days, a new RMA number must be issued.
 
Damage/Loss
  All claims for damage/pilferage must be filed with delivering carrier within 15 days of receipt. IGC cannot file this for you.
  All claims for shortages/mis-shipments/mis-billings must be made within two (2) business days of receipt.
 
  Warranties
  I Got Cables L.L.C. does not offer a warranty on products purchased (except custom cables). However, products found to be defective within 30 days may be returned through Aplus Computer Solutions L.L.C. (See Returns for details) Individual manufacturers may provide warranties on certain products.
  Custom cables will be guaranteed to be free of defects for ninety (90) days.
